2000 The Tapioca (cassava) roots are washed and cut into thin round slices,boiled and dried up under sun light. It can be stored for 6 months. Dried tapioca can be easily cooked with coconut and can be used as a dish for break fast/evening snack. The dried tapioca can be fed to patients also as it is a hygienic item free from sugar. The dried tapioca once cooked can be eaten with fish curry or chicken curry.
